Yes: Generally i would say yes however I have seen infants who were not eating enough and yet seemed content.

Yes: When a healthy, normal baby stops eating and seems not interesting in eating anymore, then he has had enough to eat already.

Yes: Generally the answer is yes, but it depends upon the age of your child as to what their individual signs of hunger are. Also, the child should otherwise being acting normally, not being lethargic or sluggish.
