Be gentle: If you experience redness or skin irritation after a facial, probably the products used were too harsh for your skin. Avoid any skin care products, cleanse your skin with water only, and you may try a gentle moisturizer like cetaphil in am til skin has healed. Check with your aesthetician on what chemicals used in your facial may have caused this and avoid in future.

Skin cream: There are many. I prefer those containing ceramides such as Eucerin Eczema cream. Consider this next time you waste money on a "facial". It should heal in a few days.
