Variable: This depends on the type of skin you have. If your skin is oily, you need something which will reduce the oil. If your skin is too dry, you need something which is less drying. Overall, Cetaphil may be a reasonable one to start since it is slightly acidic which is considered good for the skin. The final analysis- this is a matter of trial and error.
