Not aware: Vitiligo is a loss in skin pigmentation often from a burn or from an autoimmune process. Your doctor may test for for autoimmune diseases especially if there are associated symptoms. Otherwise it may just be a cosmetic issue. Uvb-nb phototherapy may work for some people.
