Unlikely to happen: Most white birthmarks represent areas of skin where the cells that provide pigment are lost or producing very little.A dermatologist can sometimes provide for some of these, but most will not respond to external stimulants. Cover up methods are commonly employed when these are quite noticeable.A visit with your local dermatologist can sort out those that might respond to therapy.
