No,but: There a lot of things that are called measles, baby measles or some variation on that theme that are not measles.Measles vaccine as part of the 2 shot MMR series confers lifelong immunity in most. Wild measles confers lifelong immunity to those with a normal immune system. If someone has a bone marrow transplant, they must be vaccinated or they can get measles, even if they had it as a kid.
