Yes it may rarely bu: Some women report bad odor after taking birth control pills, which is due to fluctuation of hormone level in a womens body.But it is rare and you should check with your doctor if that is what is causing bad odor before stopping the pill, as there are other causes of bad odor as well, like the food you eat and other meds you may be taking and infections, bad teeth and gums etc.
