It could be risky: During a manic episode, doing anything becomes a bit more risky than it would otherwise be. If you know you are in a manic phase, it might be a really good idea to actively restrict your behavior. Try to do things with a person or people you trust to act as an external judgement aide and thank them afterwards. They may save your life, or at least keep it from becoming messed up.

Mania & judgement: When manic, your ability to accurately assess the wisdom of your behavior is off. People are more impulsive during these times, and may automatically act on urges they later regret. Sexual urges are normal and natural, but how you express them (and with whom) has wide-reaching effects. If you know you're manic, best to contact your psychiatrist for help rather than getting yourself in trouble.
