No: Many psychotrophic drugs can affect the mechanism of ejaculation. Having a dry ejaculate could either mean you have retrograde or "backward" ejaculation into the bladder (safe) or are not pumping the sperm into the prostate from the testicles normally, termed anejaculation (also safe). Either way, should be reversible when you stop the medication.
