Just some confusion: Iu/ml = international unit per 1 ml. Col likely is an abbreviation for "collected" which refers to the date that the blood was obtained/collected. I would do is take a picture of the paper/result in question and post-it here so that you will get a concrete answer. Either way, i would consult the ordering physician and at over 1.7million iu/ml, you should consider getting treatment. Good luck.
