Diabetes mellitus: Are you asking how to make your sugar level normal? If your sugars are high, then you might have diabetes mellitus (diabetes insipidus is totally different). Then you need to clarify whether type 1 (pancreatic failure) or 2 (obesity). Regardless, look to consume low glycemic index foods. Avoid processed fast foods w/added sugars & fats. Also take meds as directed. See your doc regularly. Check a1c.
