Unhealthy living: We need to pay attention to the things that we can change such as our own lifestyle -- the three foundational elements for healthy living is good diet, regular aerobic exercise, and good rest. So avoid substance abuse and overindulgence especially in food, give to the poor and needy, to those even less fortunate --.

↑LDL↓HDL ↑HbA1c ↑BP: Atherosclerosis, known to start ~age 7 on average, is the key issue ; driven by 4 factors: ↑ldl + ↓hdl, see NMR particle test (not cholesterol, made by every cell), ↑ed blood sugar, hba1c ≤5.0% optimal ; ↑bp, systolic BP ≤120 mmhg optimal. CAD remains asymptomatic for decades: arteries enlarge, not shrink. Narrowing +/- closure is due to plaque rupture ; clots: happens suddenly. Stress tests miss.
