Mittelschmerz: Are you about 2wks prior to your next period? If so, you may be experiencing mittelschmerz or "middle pain" associated w/ovulation. Only you can decide how bad is the pain. If bad enough, go to er. Otherwise, check w/family doc on monday morning. Rash, painful urination, fevers, sweats, chills, etc suggest more urgent evaluation rather than waiting. Good luck!
