HCG levels should: Be doubling every 2-3 days in a normal pregnancy, not falling.

See answer ...: Hcg of this level is consistent with early first trimester pregnancy. The HCG number double about every few days during this period. Clinical correlation is needed when the number is declining. A few other rarer conditions aside from pregnancy can cause an elevation in hcg. In the absence off symptoms, this lab numbers can wait until monday. Goo luck.
