Vascular evaluation: The most likely cause is peripheral arterial disease or blocked arteries in his leg, when the blood pressure falls not enough blood goes to the leg, especially if the leg turns white, cold or get pins/needles/numb. Other condition can cause similar symptoms, talk to your doctor.
