Absolutely not.: But that's easier to say than to do, right? A sensitive therapist might be able to work with you on this issue - sometimes group therapy is a good way to break through the stigma and discover that you are not alone. Many high functioning, fine people are dealing with mood & anxiety disorders. It is really admirable (not shameful) when a person has the courage to work through these issues. Best!

Bipolar: Definitely not, in fact u need to be proud of the progress u made in treatment & if not already doing so, start group therapy sessions & share your progress with others in the group.
