See an EP: If it's coming and going "at random" it's probably something called a supraventricular tachycardia (svt). A cardiologist, or better still, a cardiac electrophysiologist can get to the bottom of this with a wearable monitor device. If that's indeed what you have, a good ep can often get rid of the problem entirely.
