Hydrate: Could be a number of things and dehydration can be one of them. What supplements and medicines do you take? If it is affecting your activities of daily living, see a doctor to get your thyroid and blood levels checked.

Depends: Those are vague symptoms, but you should at a minimum establish care with a primary care doctor. You could have an overactive thyroid, have an infection, developed diabetes, or be taking supplements/medications affecting your system... Or something else. There are many possibilities, given the info at hand.
