Unprotected sex: 18yo or 20yo? Well, age doesn't really matter. What matters is that you get tested & repeat tested as directed by your family doc, planned parenthood (yes, even for men), or county health/std clinic. Then talk to your family doc about how you're feeling. Your life isn't over; it's just beginning. Std/hiv can be treated. Get counseling for your depression. Maybe some meds. Keep in contact w/ur doc.

Sex: Consult with your primary care doctor who will likely do blood work to ease your mind regarding sexually transmitted diseases. Ask for advice regarding your sexual life and consider seeing a mental health professional if your worry continues. Best wishes.
