Disinfectants, antiseptics: All disinfectants (used on inanimate object) and most antiseptics (used on humans) when used in their appropriate way, will kill bacteria including the ones you mention. It's hard to suggest a product because it is unknown what is being cleaned- it's certainly inappropriate to use bleach directly on a person, or to smother a countertop with a hand-washing gel or tincture of iodine!
