Nope: If you indeed have a bacterial urinary tract infection, then you gotta kill the bugs, which requires antibiotics. Probiotics and such can help prevent recurrence but won't kill the bugs once the infection has set in.

Cranberry Juice: Cranberry juice has some mild antibiotic effect. So, drinking a lot of the juice may help. It is best to be seen, have the diagnosis established, and receive appropriate treatment with antibiotics.

Not Worth the Risk: If you truly have a bacterial uti, the risk of permanent damage to the kidney from an untreated infection is not worth the risk of use generally worthless or at best very weak "natural" cures.Particularly when the right antibiotic always works ( and with rare side effects).

No: Many urinary tract infections burn themselves out, but why take the chance. Drinking lots of water and urinating frequently are "natural" processes, but u still need antibiotics.U never know when a UTI will spread to the kidneys where real damage can take place. Cranberry juice or extract may help to prevent recurrent or reinfection but has no effect on an established uti. Please forget "natural".
