See Provider: Sperm count and motility can be affected by many different hormonal and physical conditions. You should see a physician that specializes in male fertility -usually a urologist. A common mistake i see is patients taking testosterone in an effort to improve sperm count. External testosterone (pills, cream, shots) will actually decrease sperm production and make things worse. I hope this answer helps.
