Low back pain: If you are exercising regularly and have ideal body weight, change in lifestyle might help. Avoid prolonged sitting, stretch properly, use knees and hips rather than back when picking up things. If that does not help, use heat, tylenol (acetaminophen) or motrin. Finally see a pain physician for evaluation. Clear all these recommendations with your pcp.
