Yes: Lung transplant is an option for iIPF. Transplant for emphysema is the most common indication in the us but IPF is not far behind. Under the current system you are given "points" for how much oxygen you require, your diagnosis, your blood type, etc. This system is called the lung allocation score or LAS. Having IPF gives you addition points due to the risk of dying waiting for transplant.

Pulmonary Fibrosis: If by pf you mean idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, than yes. It is a common etiology for lung transplant.
