Set goals: If you like the way you look in the mirror and feel when exersising regularly this should be all the motivation you need.Sometimes working out w/ a partner who has similar exersise goals can keep you motivated as well.Setting some exersise goals for yourself can be helpful.A good personal trainer can help you set goals and also make your work-outs more 'fun'.
