Possible not: If you stay below the recommended top dose and you take n-acetyl cysteine and Alpha lipoic acid daily you can prevent liver toxicity from occurring. Excess tylenol (acetaminophen) strains the detox system of the liver and we all need more glutathione to help, the liver clear toxins. Both n-acetyl-cysteine and Alpha lipoic acid regenerate glutathione and are excellent for every one to take.
