No: Osteoarthritis is the wear and tear type of arthritis that usually involves loss of cartilage and possibly bone. This will not go away on its own.In fact, not many treatments make it better besides controlling pain and ultimately surgery for joint replacement if bad enough. Inflammatory/autoimmune arthritis also does not resolve on its own. Needs treatments with meds that control the immune attack.
