Common...: Abdominal pain in children is quite common...Sometimes it is from viral illness.."stomache bug" etc... As long as she is not having fever, significant vomitting/diarrhea..She should be fine...Some otc children Tums (calcium carbonate) may help... If it gets worse, check with your doc.
