Pregnant=breast pain: Breast pain/swelling is a common pregnancy symptom due the hormonal sensitivity of the breast tissue. The breast glandular tissue is undergoing change in preparation of later milk production. Most women gain breast size with pregnancy so be prepared but the pain will improve. Congrats on the new baby!
