Sure: There are several other nsaids as well as celerbrex and meloxicam. I don't know why naprosyn (naproxen) makes you drowsy but I have heard that complaint before.

See below: Any nsaid---cox-2 inhibitor or not can do this. Sometimes trying differents nsaids may help as this symptom may not occur with different ones.
