My rnp raised from 1.0 to 1.6 in 2.5 years. ena panel results are all >0.2. no clinic symp. i have hemorrhoids and h.pylori. can they be the cause?

See below: If you have no clinical symptoms, this is probably a false positive. Hemorrhoids and h. Pylori will not cause a rnp to be positive.

in response to your question, some reference laboratories can have false results. also it is estimated a given population, 20 to 30% of all individuals will test false positive. this test should be not repeated if you are not having symptoms.
