Anovulation: Sounds like you need to be checked for two problems. The discharge my be a sign of infection and cramping can be due to infection, not ovulating or both.

Discharge: Lack of ovulation is probably remotely related to the lack of ovulation if any. If there is a chance of you having std, you will need to have it checked. Another reason is yeast infection, although, cramps are not usual. In any case, you will need someone examine you.
