Stress: The stress of the operation can make your menstrual cycle irregular. No reason to be too concerned. I would also take a pregnancy test to make sure you are not pregnant.

Stress : Due to your body'a stress response to surgery, you may miss a menstruated cycle. This can happen and is nothing to worry about. If you're period doesn't return next cycle, please see your doctor.
