A member asked:

What can i do so that my period is always on time?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Birth control pill: The average cycle is 28 days from start to start but many patients have variable cycles that may be early or late by up to a week at a time. If you are one of those people the best way to "straighten things out" and obtain a normal interval is to be on a monophasic birth control pill. Your gynecologist should be able to discuss options for birth control.
