Get checked out: A sebaceous cyst should not keep draining. Itching is often associated with healing. The swelling is usually associated with inflammation. Suggest you see a health care provider.

Capsule is Key: You may need a more in depth dissection of the area if you are still having problems. Often times a sebaceous cyst is only partially removed... In that the capsule or outer most layer of the cyst remains under the dermal surface. If this happens, the cyst will linger or possible even come back.
