Inflammation: Painful bumps above the rectum that bleed and then heal over leaving a scar are generally boils ( infection in the skin, usually staph that after draining heal). Some people are more prone to such boils if they eat a lot of chocolate or eat a lot of sweets. Cancer is very unlikely.
