Avoid in bad liver: Avoid in alcoholics, liver diseases & hepatitis. Paracetamol is superior to nsaids- like ibuprofen, naprosyn, celebrex, (celecoxib) Indocin etc. Which can cause stomach ulcers & bleeding. Very detrimental to high BP & diabetics. Paracetamol is tylenol or acetaminophen.
