I have had 5 ultrasounds at 7, 11, 14, 19 & 21 weeks that all match up. could they all be off 4 weeks, putting me 4 weeks further ahead?

Unlikely: Gestational age is determined by measurements of femoral length, head circumference, abdominal circumference, and calculating the ratio of the head to abdomen ratio. If everything matches up on serial ultrasounds and show a linear growth pattern, it is unlikely to be off by 4 weeks.
