Antibiotics: Azithromycin 1 gram orally for chlamydia (if not allergic) for pid- Ceftriaxone 250 intramuscular injection plus Azithromycin 1 gram orally once a week for 2 weeks your doctor should be able to tell if its just an infection of your cervix or pid.
