Fatigue: Sleepiness can be caused by poor nutrition, poor sleep patterns, excess alcohol or drug use, lack of exercise, stress or ill health. If you cannot determine the cause consult with your doctor, if her or she thinks it is not medical ask for a referral to a clinical psychologist who can help you uncover the cause and design a plan to improve your health.
