Talk to your doctor: At this point, it is time to meet with your doctor. He/she may do a blood test, which is often more sensitive than urine pregnancy tests. They may also do an ultrasound to examine your uterus and fallopian tubes for any sign of pregnancy or possible ectopic pregnancy. Even women with regular cycles can occasionally have an odd, delayed cycle, but it's better to be sure.
