Silicone and Livers: As best we know, there is no correlation between silicone implants and causation of disease. Your implants, being only 5 months old are considered new. I would focus on other issues that are better known to affect the liver such as medications and other exposures.

Not directly: The implant is not known to increase liver enzymes, but the anesthesia medication you received can affect the liver. Also, your medication can cause it as well. This can be a combination of above as well as alcohol use.

Probably Unrelated.: Best to be seen by her primary care or internist for physical examination and a workup of the abnormal lab findings; best not to assume that these findings are related to previous breast surgery. Best wishes.

Liver Enzymes: The liver is the chemical processing plant of your body. Whenever you consume alcohol or certain substances the liver enzymes can become elevated. Other causes may be infections, gallstones, or other issues. See your primary care doctor to begin you investigation. Implants are unlikely to be the cause.

Doubt implants: Doubt implants. Medications, infections, gallstones, significant alcohol intake, cancer and many other things can cause this. Check with you primary care doctor.
