Had silicone breast implants 5 months ago, and now my liver enzymes are elevated does this have anything to do with the surgery?

No: No correlation between breast implants and liver function abnormality directly.

Silicone and Livers: As best we know, there is no correlation between silicone implants and causation of disease. Your implants, being only 5 months old are considered new. I would focus on other issues that are better known to affect the liver such as medications and other exposures.

Not directly: The implant is not known to increase liver enzymes, but the anesthesia medication you received can affect the liver. Also, your medication can cause it as well. This can be a combination of above as well as alcohol use.
