Leg Numbness: There are many causes of leg numbness.... For example. Neuropathy, nerve entrapment, back problems...Etc. Its important to find out what the cause is, then you will know, how to treat it.... I would recommend seeing a neurologist.

Herniated disk: A herniated disk is a common cause of numbness and pain. Other causes can be direct injury to a nerve, systemic illness that affects the nerves (ie diabetes). Metabolic deficiencies (b12 and others).
