Not likely: If you took the two packs consecutively and skipped the placebo pills then your not likely pregnant. If you got off d track and started a new pack and haven't had a cycle then it would be wise to clarify pregnancy. Your not expected to have cycle until the 10 days are done. But if you have real condemns then i suggest stop palck now and see if cycle comes within 3-5 days.
