Sorry no.: While aloe vera can have many good effects, it has not been scientifically shown to treat hives. The most effective treatment for hives is antihistamines. Also, there really is no cure for hives, except identifying the trigger and avoiding it. Most hives come from the "inside" so topical medications are minimally effective.
