What can be done about acne/blackheads overnight?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

You can't: This is the 21st century. We have scientific medication that works, but there's no such thing as magic. If you have a lot of comedones, a retinoic acid derivative may be a good start along with topical benzoyl peroxide. Your physician can add a topical or systemic antibiotic. Home remedies are adjuncts only. Acne is a chronic, manageable, non-lifestyle related disease & a serious liability. Get rx.
