Confused on question: If you're feeling overstuffed, it's likely you ate to much. The fact that you are trying to go to sleep after eating a large meal isn't a very good idea. Ideally you don't eat anything at least 2 hours before bed, and if you do, certainly don't eat so much you feel overstuffed.
