How would you know if your periods have stopped from anorexia?

Anorexia: Usually you need at least 17% body fat to menstruate. The ovaries need to be able to secrete estrogen. The estrogen eventually stimulates growth of the endometrium (uterine lining) which is eventually shed. If you have an eating problem and your periods have stopped - please tell your physician now. You need help.
