Tiger Balm: Rarely, severe allergic reactions can occur at the application site. Symptoms of an allergic reaction to tiger balm include rashes, hives, itching, difficulty breathing and chest tightness. Do not use tiger balm if you have ever had an allergic reaction to products containing menthol or camphor. Your pains will resolve if tiger balm works.
