I have pains in both of my sides ....and have been light headed and weird pains in my head almost a pulsating ...what could this be or is it numerous?

Could be many things: Pulsatile headache suggests migraine syndrome; abdominal pain could suggest abdominal migraine. Alternatively, viral infections (flu, stomach cold, etc) may present as headache + sides or flanks pain. Tension-type headache with spinal muscle spasm can present that way. See your neurologist to make sure it isn't anything serious. Good luck!
